Hi! I'm Louise. If you feel a little lost, and don't know where to start with therapy, you've found a soft place to land! Would you like to navigate your days in ways that work for you? I want to hear all about it. I use a client-centered approach and relational style in my work, in order to create emotional safety. I believe in the power of human connection, and feel that healing happens when we feel understood, seen, and appreciated for who we truly are. Come on in!
